Jesus said that He came that you may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows) (a quality life). Vince Lombardi caught the vision of excellence and determined that you cant sit around and accept mediocrity and expect to have a quality, abundant life. You must press toward the mark of excellence to be really fulfilled in life. You can accomplish this without destroying or hurting others. Take the time to explain to them that you are going to pursue excellence and you expect them to do the same. If they can't preform and meet your expectation, take them under your wing and train them without lowering your standard. Isn't that what our Savior did?

This is so true! It really made me stop and think about who I can serve today. If your ever uncertain what God's will is for your life; you can rest assured that he's calling you to serve your brother. Like you said in the blog; is this not what our Savior did??? I agree we should all be discerning of who God has placed in our lives to take "under our wing" or perhaps to abide under their covering...
